Tim Trott has been involved in hosting and designing web sites almost from the beginning of the internet, and has used that experience as the foundation for writing this book. He has been been associated with people in law enforcement and private investigations for many years. The information he presents has been gathered through personal and professional experience, going back to the beginnings of the internet in the late 1980s.
The writing style is informative, but directed toward the non-technical reader. At the same time Tim’s concern for accuracy and detail remains evident.
